Terms of Use

Welcome to JustTheTech.com! Our Terms of Use are crafted to guide and govern your interaction with our website, encompassing all the content, features, and functionalities we offer. This website is operated by JustTheTech.com and its subsidiaries (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We may periodically update these Terms without prior notice, and these changes will be posted on our website. By engaging with JustTheTech.com, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms. Should you find any part of these Terms unacceptable, please refrain from using our website.

Please be advised that these Terms of Use include a mandatory arbitration clause. This provision mandates the use of individual arbitration for resolving certain disputes, rather than resorting to jury trials or class action lawsuits. We encourage you to review these terms thoroughly in section 17 below.

1.     Proprietary Rights.

All the content on our website – this includes things like audio files, photos, illustrations, graphics, videos, texts, software, and everything else you see or interact with – is owned exclusively by us. This means we hold all the rights, titles, and interests in the website’s content, its design, and how it’s organized and put together. Using our website doesn’t give you any ownership of the content or materials you access here.

2.     Limited License.

You’re welcome to access and view the content we offer on our website using your computer or other devices. You can also make a single copy or printout of the content for your personal, non-commercial use, as long as there’s nothing on our website or in these Terms that says otherwise. Remember, this license is strictly for personal use – commercial use of our website and its services is not allowed unless specifically stated otherwise in these Terms or directly on the website.

3.     Restrictions on Use.

You’re welcome to use JustTheTech.com for personal, non-commercial purposes, but there are some important restrictions to keep in mind. You’re also not allowed to download, display, copy, distribute, or create new works based on our content without our permission. Changing the content or appearance of our website, including trademarks, logos, and service marks, is off-limits too. Remember, just because you can access or download our content doesn’t mean you own any rights to it. Unauthorized use could get you in trouble with copyright laws.

4.     Trademarks.

Our website features various trademarks and logos. These are our registered and unregistered marks, or those of other rights holders. They can’t be used with products or services that aren’t affiliated with us or without our written permission. This helps avoid confusion and protects the reputation of these marks. Remember, seeing a trademark on our site doesn’t mean you have the right to use it – misuse of any trademarks on our website is strictly forbidden.

5.     User Information.

When engaging with JustTheTech.com, you may be required to share personal information with us. Our approach to managing, protecting, and utilizing this data is comprehensively detailed in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is both accurate and up-to-date. Remember, the accuracy of this information is crucial for the effective delivery of our services and for maintaining effective communication with you.

6.     Your Submissions to Us.

We love hearing your ideas and seeing your creative works, but please remember, unless we ask for it, we’re not looking for anything confidential or proprietary. Anything you send our way (like comments, ideas, or creative works) will be considered non-confidential. When you send us these materials, you’re giving us and our affiliates permission to use them freely. This means we can modify, distribute, and incorporate them into our work without any restriction.
